My work is a huge part of me. I love sharing the knowledge of Yoga and Holistic Therapy with all who are seeking a new route on their own life’s journey.

Mine began around 20 years ago with a review of my own life and health and I have never looked back.

Since working in healthcare and training in Kundalini Yoga I have looked deeply into more holistic ways of being, growing and feeling better in our body’s, minds and spirits.

I have added Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga to my teaching skills recently and I will always continue to learn and share this powerful knowledge with others.

I have felt in my own life the strength that yoga and meditation can bring and have watched  powerful inner change in people that come to Kundalini Yoga. It is an absolute honour to be a part of that shift.
