Caroline is an exercise junkie. She has a particular interest in weight training and has been teaching pilates for nearly 10 years.
The benefits of this exercise are numerous and include increased core strength… improved posture… improved balance… increased flexibility… improved coordination… greater overall strength.
Caroline offers 1:1 sessions and classes of up to 8 people to ensure constant attention can be given to everyone. All her classes are now online and have proved to be very popular to the point that she is now adding more to her timetable so that people can attend from across the country. Sessions are all taught online although we also offer home visits to those who live locally to us. It’s difficult to describe our personal training as it’s always unique to the individual. We help people with all aspects of fitness, whether it’s rehabilitation after injury, general fitness or even improving sports performance. These 1:1 sessions are now online and only available to those who own their own equipment. Exercises using TRX utilise your own body weight and can be easily adjusted in intensity to suit anyone from an unfit beginner to an elite athlete. No matter what your level, it’s a whole body workout with particular emphasis on your core. You’ll see a rapid transformation in body shape, cardio fitness and overall strength. Caroline is amazing at finding the perfect balance to push your personal goals whilst providing a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I wasn’t convinced I would enjoy online sessions, but now I love the convenience of not having to worry about travel time, inclement weather and parking. I am still amazed at how thorough Caroline’s instruction can be and she notices every little detail to be able to advise on proper form and technique. I would, without reservation, recommend Caroline’s online Pilates to anyone regardless of age, fitness level or experience. She always has a way to make it work!
I was on medication for osteoporosis before I started with David and now, after a mixture of weight training and Power Plate training, I no longer have to take the medication. David has also helped considerably to keep me mentally fit and able, as well as physically, during a particularly traumatic family crisis. I would not have been able to cope without his regular sessions and understanding.
David is very approachable and so easy to talk to. His holistic approach, years of experience and knowledge of fitness and nutrition (even cooking!) means I get so much more from our sessions than I would ever have expected. He has many ways of keeping his sessions interesting and challenging and is totally focused on achieving results for you…I’m starting my sixth block of two sessions a week and I can honestly say I feel so lucky to have David as my PT. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and feel stronger, more toned and flexible than I have before.
I have been really enjoying Caroline’s zoom pilates classes. Caroline is a lovely genuine person and a fantastic pilates instructor. I’ve found that the zoom classes are enjoyable and convenient, and just as effective as studio based classes.

I started going twice a week and in only six weeks I have lost two and a half inches off my waist, an inch off my thighs and an inch of my arms.
Within 5 weeks of twice weekly Power Plate sessions, floorwork and homework I lost an inch from my waist and could see my ab muscles for the first time ever! My legs and glutes are much more toned and my running has improved as a result.
