I work with clients using a lovely technique called Emotional Freedom Technique in order to move towards a place of self-compassion and wholeness and away from a place of stress and anxiety.

EFT is also a wonderful tool in working with goals and positive intentions

EFT or tapping is a simple, gentle and effective technique which is often referred to as Psychological acupressure. It uses the same system as acupuncture but without the needles. Instead, you lightly tap on acupressure points on your hands, face and torso whilst bring a difficulty/ goal to mind.

I, myself sensitive and compassionate practitioner, Oxford graduate and performer originally from the West Coast of Scotland. I was lead to EFT first as a client due to my own traumas and health issues before training as a practitioner to be able to help others on their journey.

EFT is often described as the tool that works where nothing else has. This was certainly the case for me and I have also seen this with clients.  It can be used for:

  • stress and tension
  • self acceptance and self compassion
  • anxiety
  • spirituality
  • performance confidence
  • traumas
